Stake Track Meet

I LOVE the Stake Track Meet that we have done before!

I LOVE that we can all do something active together and have a fun time.

So I was super sad that both baseball games were on Saturday morning about the same time as the 5k.

 We told my mom that we would come by after and get a smoothie though (all the ward's YW were selling stuff to raise $ for girl's camp).

We got there just in time for all the kid's races, so the boys raced (Chloe had flip flops on).

Nick came in first for his age division and Cooper came in second for his.

I don't think Alex was really trying. He just wanted to go have some lunch! 

 After the kids races they had a BIG ward relay with a runner from every few ages in primary and then a runner from each auxiliary. Our ward did SUPER awesome and came in first place.  

Southern Highlands is #1!!!

It was a super hot Saturday, so Chris was busy, busy.

Hopefully next year we will all be able to participate as a family!!

Disney on Ice {100 years}

My mom and dad got all (except Nick & Alex, they are going to the Adventure Dome) of us tickets to the Ice Show for Easter. 

We all put on our Mickey shirts and had a fun time together. Aubrey is really into "mouse" right now so she loved it even though she wasn't feeling good. 

I think I may have LOVED it more than the kids! I really had fun singing along with all the songs and watching the skaters.

It was a fun night. Thanks Grandma & Grandpa!!

365- Week 16

Last night I went to a little craft night with friends. We made some photo blocks. Nick wants me to give this one to him!

After being at baseball games and the track meet all morning we jumped into the pool. It was a HOT day!!
(99 degrees in April!)

Shark Reef {Again!}

Our group: Chloe, Brian, Melati, Peyton, Liam, and Malakai

 I was chosen to be one of the chaperons for Chloe's field trip to the Shark Reef at the Mandalay Bay and Chloe couldn't have been more thrilled to have me there. She wanted to hold my hand and sit by me, I LOVED being there with my special girl.

 Jenny met us there with Cooper and Aubrey and Chloe loved that too!

She didn't want to touch anything in the touch pool, a chicken like her mom, but I told her I would do it if she did. And both of us chickens touched a ray! It was disgusting! I didn't tell her that though!

 After looking at all of the animals they got to go into the classroom for some more learning and review. Pretty neat! Chloe was chosen to be the helper and they dressed her up with different things while they were reviewing. 

Such a cute little shark monster!

It was a fun morning and I am glad I got to go with my Chloe girl!

365- Week 15

School Pictures- Spring

The kids had school pictures the week that Chris and I were in Hawaii. I did NOT know beforehand. Jenny called me asking what I wanted them to wear and what background to pick, so I told her to let them pick. And this is what we have:

{Easter}

The Easter Bunny came.

My big kids had to wait a long time for Aubrey to wake up.

Meanwhile we had a yummy crepe breakfast with eggs and bacon, and yummy homemade chocolate chip banana muffins.

Aubrey finally woke up and they got to see what the bunny left for them and hunt some eggs.

We went to church. Afterwards we went to my parent's for a delicious ham dinner.

It was a perfect day!
