4th of July

This year our 4th of July celebrations were really realxed. But we still enjoyed family, had some great food, and celebrated this great country that we live in.

Flower Girl

Last Saturday Chloe got the privilege of being the flower girl in a friend of ours wedding. And I say privilege because man did that make her day! Sam was her primary teacher last year and Sam became her best friend! She was and still does make "presents" for her every week. Chloe got to go on a special date when Sam asked her to be her flower girl. And the day before the wedding she got to go with Sam and the rest of the bridal party to have mani and pedis. What a spoiled girl!!

Congratulations Sam and Thomas!! We are so happy for you guys!

We have 5 kids now! It still sounds so crazy!!

Baby Girl

Last week when I went to my appointment my fluid level was low, so my doctor sent me over to the hospital to be induced. And now we have our new baby girl, just a week sooner than we were expecting to have her (and nobody is complaining about that).

Father's Day!

The Friday before Father's Day both of the kid's schools did breakfast for the dads. Luckily it was a slow morning for Chris at work and he was able to attend both of them. He came home and got Cooper and he and his dad went over to Frias and enjoyed some Krispy Kreme donuts. Then he ran home and got the other kids and headed to Ries for some Dunkin Donuts. The kids were very excited that dad went to school with them for the morning!

Father's Day 2010

I am very thankful to have such an awesome husband and father for our children. I am very grateful for all his hard work. The kids adore him and want to be and do everything just like their dad!!

I am also thankful to have a great dad and father-in-law. They are both so giving and selfless. I am grateful for the relationships that they have with my kids and for all that they do for our family!

Pink Hair!

Jenny has been going to Paul Mitchell THE SCHOOL for cosmetology since April and today was her first day on the floor so she wanted me to bring Chloe in to be her first client. The niece of one of the girls that goes to school with Jenny came in a couple of weeks ago and got some pink streaks so Jenny called me and asked if she could do Chloe's. What the heck! It is summer and it only lasts a couple of weeks, so I let Jenny go for it. Chloe hasn't had her haircut for a while so it was in desperate need of a good trim. Now she has some cute pink hair and it is all one length again.
