{Katie's Farewell}

Katie did an amazing job speaking at her farewell. I enjoyed all the speakers in their ward. Katie's talk was about faith. She has faith that Everett, WA is where the Lord needs her to be and that is why she is going to be a great missionary. I am so thankful for her example for me and my family. The people in Everett are going to be lucky to have her.

After church we had a luncheon at my mom's house. We stayed and played games forever and were able to be there when President Christiansen came over to set her apart as a full time missionary. He shared some great stories and it was so nice to be able to be a part of everything.
